1. Who we are
MOXIBOP is an early-stage children’s entertainment brand developed by QuantumVibe LLC, a U.S. company established in 2025 and founded by Huy Le. This policy applies to playmoxibop.com and the MOXIBOP parent waitlist. For privacy questions, contact hello@playmoxibop.com.

2. Information we collect
The waitlist is intended for parents, guardians, and other adults. When someone joins, we collect the email address they provide, the form placement, the referring website origin (when available), the time of consent, and the version of the consent notice shown. We do not intentionally store the referring page path, query string, or fragment.
Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request logs, and timestamps to deliver and protect the website.
3. How we use information
We use waitlist information to confirm interest, send product launch and early-access updates, understand campaign performance, prevent abuse, operate the website, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use waitlist emails for unrelated advertising.
4. Our legal bases in Europe
Where European data protection law applies, we rely on consent to send waitlist marketing messages and on our legitimate interests to operate, secure, and improve the website. You may withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us.
5. Service providers and transfers
We use service providers such as Vercel for website hosting and Supabase for database services. We may later use a reputable email delivery provider to send waitlist messages. These providers process data only to provide services to us and may process it in countries outside your own, subject to appropriate contractual and legal safeguards where required.
6. Data retention
We keep waitlist data while preparing and communicating about the relevant MOXIBOP product, unless you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it sooner. We periodically review whether the information is still needed. Limited suppression records may be retained so we can respect an unsubscribe request or meet legal and security obligations.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including restricted server-side database access and encrypted connections. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please contact us if you believe your information has been compromised.
8. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, object to processing, withdraw consent, or receive a portable copy. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Email your request to hello@playmoxibop.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
9. Children’s privacy
MOXIBOP products are designed for children ages 8–12, but this website and waitlist are directed to parents, guardians, and adult gift buyers. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the waitlist. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us and we will review and delete it as appropriate.
10. Cookies and analytics
We do not currently use advertising cookies. If we add optional analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this policy and, where required, request consent before using them.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our product and services evolve. We will post the revised version here and change the effective date. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
