MOXIBOP is a children’s entertainment brand creating physical products for families. This policy applies to playmoxibop.com and the MOXIBOP waitlist. For privacy questions, contact hello@playmoxibop.com.

We use waitlist information to confirm interest, send product launch and early-access updates, understand campaign performance, prevent abuse, operate the website, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use waitlist emails for unrelated advertising.

Where European data protection law applies, we rely on consent to send waitlist marketing messages and on our legitimate interests to operate, secure, and improve the website. You may withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us.

We use service providers such as Vercel for website hosting and Supabase for database services. We may later use a reputable email delivery provider to send waitlist messages. These providers process data only to provide services to us and may process it in countries outside your own, subject to appropriate contractual and legal safeguards where required.

We keep waitlist data while preparing and launching the relevant MOXIBOP product, and ordinarily no longer than 12 months after launch, unless you unsubscribe sooner or a longer period is required for legal or security purposes. Suppression records may be retained so we can respect an unsubscribe request.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including restricted server-side database access and encrypted connections. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please contact us if you believe your information has been compromised.

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, object to processing, withdraw consent, or receive a portable copy. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Email your request to hello@playmoxibop.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

MOXIBOP products are designed for children ages 8–12, but this website and waitlist are directed to parents, guardians, and adult gift buyers. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the waitlist. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us and we will review and delete it as appropriate.

We do not currently use advertising cookies. If we add optional analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this policy and, where required, request consent before using them.

We may update this policy as our product and services evolve. We will post the revised version here and change the effective date. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
